2. Returns & Refunds

A: We offer a 30-day return policy. The handbag must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund immediately. It usually takes a few business days to reflect in your original payment method.
